Tailored Techniques. One Flat Fee.

Every session I offer is unique. Instead of asking you to choose between styles, I blend multiple therapeutic techniques to meet your goals, whether that’s pain relief, increased mobility, or deep relaxation.

You don’t need to know what your body needs. That’s my job. I’ll use my training and intuition to give you the most effective treatment each time you visit.

  • Trigger Point

To alleviate muscle pain and tension by applying pressure to specific points of muscle knots or “trigger points.” This targeted pressure helps release muscle tension and improve blood flow to the affected area, ultimately reducing pain and promoting relaxation.

  • Myofascial Release

A gentle and sustained technique that targets the fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles. It helps release tension, improve mobility, and reduce chronic pain in areas that feel tight or restricted.

  • Silicone Cupping

A modern, pain free form of cupping therapy. The soft cups glide on your skin, releasing tension and improving circulation to help your muscles feel lighter and more flexible.

  • Thai Stretch

Involves a series of assisted stretches and manipulations that aim to increase flexibility, release muscle tension, and promote overall well being. Through rhythmic movements and gentle pressure, Thai stretching helps align the body’s energy pathways and enhance physical and mental relaxation.

  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Is a type of gentle massage therapy designed to encourage the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The lymphatic system is a part of the immune system that helps remove toxins, waste, and excess fluid from the tissues. MLD focuses on stimulating the lymphatic vessels to promote the flow of lymph and reduce fluid retention or swelling, often used for conditions like lymphedema, post-surgery recovery, or general detoxification.

  • Deep Tissue

Applying a firm pressure and slow, deliberate strokes to target the deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues in the body. It aims to release chronic muscle tension, alleviate pain, and improve mobility by addressing specific areas of tightness and discomfort.
